When placing an application for participation in the procurement procedure, please make sure to attach a technical and commercial offer on letterhead (optional specification in Excel format) containing the cost goods with VAT allocation, cost of transport costs (if any), terms and time of delivery and payment; warranty obligations.
Also, please attach dealer agreements with the manufacturer (if any), certificates of conformity of TR CU, and other technical documentation for the products.
Criteria for choosing the best offer: delivery time, cost, payment terms and contract according to the buyer's form, experience with the supplier.
If the application allows consideration of analogues, the proposed analogues must have characteristics not worse than those stated for the original; for the analogue the name of the products in accordance with specification, GOST, TU, if necessary, a technical description is applied. In case of proposals of imported analogues, specify the manufacturer's country (analogue description field).
All questions and requests for clarification on the application should be placed in the section "Explanations" of the ETP.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notification of the competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Article 447-449 Part 1Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
