When applying for a procurement procedure, please be sure to attach a technical and commercial offer on letterhead (optional Excel specification) containing the cost goods with VAT, transport costs (if any), terms and time of delivery and payment; warranty obligations.
Also, please attach dealer agreements with the manufacturer (if any), TR TC Certificates of Compliance, and other technical documentation for the products.
Criteria for choosing the best offer: delivery time, cost, payment terms and contract on the form of the buyer, experience with the supplier.
If the application allows consideration of analogues, the proposed counterparts must have characteristics no worse than those stated for the original; the analogue indicates the product name according to specification, GOST, TU, technical description is applied if necessary. In case of import proposals, specify the country of the producer (Analog description field).
All questions and requests for clarification on the application should be posted under the "Clarification" section of the ETP.
Please note that this request is not a notification of the holding of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447-449 of the Russian Civil Code, Article 1057-1061 ts.2 of the Russian Civil Code. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
