For further participation in the procedures for selecting a source of supply for the needs of METALLOINVEST Group of Companies, the accreditation is MANDATORY!

These tenders are held in many stages, as a result of which the winner will be determined by the supplier.

1. Required payment terms - priority is given to the supplier offering the lowest price and 100% deferred payment;
2. Requirements for the offer currency - the price must be indicated in the offer currency excluding VAT;
3. Required delivery times - the minimum possible guaranteed delivery times;
4. Requirements for the provision of documents - the obligatory presence of a dealer certificate confirming the status of the company or a manufacturer's certificate (other documents on demand);
5. Requirements for the form of the contract - as agreed;
6. Requirements for the terms of delivery - Delivery to the buyer's warehouse in Novotroitsk at the expense of the seller
(DDP according to Incoterms 2010).
7. Requirements for submitting an offer - in addition to filling out the template for submitting a commercial offer ETP
it is necessary:
- attach your detailed technical and commercial proposal;
8. TCH validity period - at least 30 days, recommended 60 days.

ATTENTION!
Proposals from companies that have not fulfilled the listed requirements will not be considered.

In the course of the procedure, a color indicator is assigned to the bidders' quotations:
- Yellow if the offer is the best or differs by no more than 3% from the best price;
- Red if the offer differs by more than 3% from the best price.
