These trades are held in stages, as a result of which the winner will be determined by the supplier.
After the completion of the 1st stage - "Choosing the best offer" means admission to the next stage, the suppliers of the proposals of which are in accordance with the statement of work are invited.

1. Required terms of payment - priority is given to the supplier who has offered the lowest price and 100% deferred payment;
2. Requirements for the offer currency - the price must be indicated in the offer currency without VAT;
3. Required delivery time - the minimum possible guaranteed delivery time;
4. Requirements for the provision of documents - the mandatory presence of a dealer certificate confirming the status of the company or a certificate of the manufacturer (other documents upon request);
5. Requirements for the form of the contract - as agreed;
6. Requirements for the terms of delivery - It is desirable to deliver to the buyer's warehouse in Stary Oskol at the seller’s expense
(DDP according to Incoterms 2010).
7. Requirements for the submission of an offer - in addition to filling out the template for submitting a commercial proposal, ETP
necessary:
- attach your detailed technical and commercial proposal;
8. TCH validity period - at least 30 days, 60 days recommended.
