These tenders are held in multiple stages, as a result of which the winner will be determined by the supplier.

We are ready to consider proposals 2019 - 2020 m. with a minimum engine, manual transmission or automatic transmission.

1. Required payment terms - priority is given to the supplier who offered the lowest price and 100% deferred payment;
2. Requirements for the offer currency - the price must be indicated in the offer currency excluding VAT;
3. Required delivery times - the minimum possible guaranteed delivery times;
4. Requirements for the provision of documents - the obligatory presence of a dealer certificate confirming the status of the company or a manufacturer's certificate (other documents on demand);
5. Requirements for the form of the contract - as agreed;
6. Requirements for delivery conditions - It is desirable to deliver to the buyer's warehouse in Novotroitsk at the expense of the seller
(DDP according to Incoterms 2010).
7. Requirements for submitting an offer - in addition to filling out the template for submitting a commercial offer ETP
it is necessary:
- attach your detailed technical and commercial proposal;
8. Term of validity of the TCH - at least 30 days, recommended 60 days.
