For further participation in the procedures for choosing the source of supply for the needs of METALLOINVEST Group of Companies, accreditation is MANDATORY!
These competitive bidding processes are conducted in multi-stages, as a result of which the winner supplier will be determined.
1. Required payment terms - priority is given to the supplier who offered the lowest price and 100% deferred payment - a bank guarantee must be provided for all advance payments stipulated by the contract;
2. Requirements for the offer currency - the price must be indicated in the offer currency without VAT;
3. Required delivery time - the minimum possible guaranteed delivery time;
4. The validity period of the Technical and Commercial Proposal is at least 30 days, 60 days are recommended.
5. Requirements for the provision of documents - mandatory availability of a dealer certificate confirming the status of the company or a manufacturer's certificate (other documents on request);
6. Requirements for the terms of delivery - Delivery to the buyer's warehouse in (specified in the Bid Notice of the request for proposals) at the seller's expense. (DDP according to Incoterms-2010).

We also inform you that the selection of the winner according to the results of the competition is carried out according to the following criteria:
- positive technical conclusion of the customer based on the results of consideration of the applicant's technical proposal;
- cost of equipment;
- delivery time of equipment;
- warranty obligations provided;
- timely delivery of goods to the address of METALLOINVEST Group enterprises in previous periods (for suppliers who had contractual relations earlier).
The competition procedure may contain several stages at the discretion of the organizer.
