1. It is mandatory to fill in the information on the availability of tires in stock and on the possible delivery schedule by month.
2.The period of fixing the price of tires: until 07/23/2025;
3. The price of the same tire sizes should be the same for Celta and Rims.
4.Terms of delivery-three bases:
delivery by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse on pallets; delivery by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse in bulk; pickup from Novorossiysk on pallets.

- shipment on subsequent orders within 7 (seven) days from the date of placing the order to the supplier
5. IMPORTANT! Celta: for the test, it is possible to Call for Bidding 10% of alternative brands (specified in the Requirements Specification) for steering tires 315/70 with index 156. For all other standard sizes Call for Bidding is possible only on the access card.
According to Dixie, brand tolerances are listed in the Requirements Specification for each standard size. Also, the brands that are in the test are indicated, Commercial Proposals are required for them, Call for Bidding will be considered in case of positive test results.
Please note that for Dixie you need Commercial Proposals for 315/70 rolls with a load index of 156 and a load index of 154.
6. Prices must be indicated in rubles, Commercial Proposals are not accepted in other currency.
7. An item has been added with the possibility of cutting the tread, please fill in YES-NO for tires that have this requirement in the Requirements Specification.
8. It is mandatory to attach a technical specification for each proposed tire size, in which all the main characteristics of the tire will be spelled out.
IMPORTANT! Mandatory conditions for Bidders:
1. Payment terms - delay of 60 cal.days. Contractual counterparties may offer alternative payment terms
2. Tires must comply with the Requirements Specifications (Annex 2.1. and 2.2)
3. Guarantee - according to the standard contract (attached), unless otherwise specified in the Requirements Specification
4. Saving the unit price when dividing/reducing the volume of Calls for Bids
5. Contractual Counterparty's consent to the signing of the standard form of the contract.
6. The presence of an information label (when delivered on pallets) on each pallet indicating the name of the supplier, the name of the shopping center, the name of the manufacturer of the shopping center, the delivery address. Tires are loaded onto Euro pallets on top of each other (well), and fixed on a pallet with stretch film or strapping tape
7. Willingness to accept and process bids from the Customer for the supply of goods on a weekly basis
8. The ability to buffer the necessary volumes of goods in your warehouse to meet the needs of the Customer
9. The Buyer, if necessary (changing the volume requirements), has the right to reduce / increase unilaterally (according to Article 450 of the Code of the Russian Federation) the amount of Equipment by 30% (both in the direction of increase and in the direction of decrease) from the agreement of the parties in the specification or order, notifying the Supplier 14 calendar days before the upcoming changes, but no later than 5 calendar days before the upcoming delivery.
At the same time, the conditions for the price and deferral of payment remain unchanged according to the specification.
Important! in the competition, it became possible to provide a discount percentage provided that the entire volume of tires is received, it must be specified in %. This percentage will be applied to each standard size during analytics. % discounts can be specified separately for Celta, for Dixie and on different terms of delivery/shipment.

The Call for Bidding Bidder can repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated Bidders from the competition.
