The procurement participant must attach, as part of its application, a commercial proposal on letterhead, which must indicate:
- price taking into account the maximum possible discount;
- delivery time;
- terms of payment (preferably upon delivery 30 calendar days).
I ask you to include delivery to the consignee in the price of the goods.
