Comments: A detailed description of the subject of procurement and delivery conditions are indicated in the procurement documentation and the contract, the technical specifications.
The Participant has the right to prepare and submit an alternative Offer (if such an opportunity is indicated in the Notification published in the System), which may relate to both commercial and technical aspects of the products offered (in accordance with clause 4.2.1. Purchasing documentation).

Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
