Описание предмета закупки, условия поставки и оплаты – в Приложении №1.
Условия подачи предложения – участники подают свои предложения в соответствии с регламентом ЕСЭТ B2B-center.ru (рекомендованная форма предложения в Приложении №2)
- Заключение типового договора в редакции ОАО "АВТОВАЗ".

Решение о выборе поставщика по результатам запроса предложений - принимается Тендерным комитетом/подкомитетом ОАО «АВТОВАЗ» и сообщается в соответствии с регламентом ЕСЭТ B2B-center.ru.
- Выбранный поставщик для заключения договора представляет в адрес ОАО «АВТОВАЗ» документы по списку в Приложении №3.
- Тендерный Комитет/ подкомитет ОАО«АВТОВАЗ» оставляет за собой право не признать победителем ни одного из участников.
Место проведения процедуры: Данная процедура проводится в электронной форме на ЭТП группы B2B-Center (www.b2b-center.ru). Предложения участников подаются в форме электронного документа, подписанного электронной цифровой подписью
