Payment terms:The Buyer pays for the batch of Goods, in the amount of 100% of the value of the Goods specified in the relevant UPD (Consignment note (Torg-12)), on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the batch of Goods.
Delivery terms:Delivery of the Goods is included in the price of the Goods and is carried out to the Buyer's address - Tula region, Uzlovsky district, Industrialnaya str. (Industrial Park ter., building 11. Acceptance of Goods is carried out on working days from 8.30 to 16.30, lunch from 13.30 to 14.10. If the Goods arrive at a different time, the acceptance of the Goods is postponed to the next working day, or is additionally agreed with the Buyer
