Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. Comments:
I. The proposals of only those participants who have been accredited for Metalloinvest Group of Companies are accepted for consideration (link for the accreditation https://www.b2b-center.ru/personal/accreditation/?action=apply&id=178&date_last_edit=0 ).
An additional requirement from the participants of the competition is to fill out an accreditation questionnaire depending on the size of the supplier's company:
- Accreditation for the sustainable development of small and medium-sized businesses of METALLOINVEST Group - (No. 739, to be filled in by suppliers included in the unified register of small and medium-sized businesses)
or
- Accreditation for the sustainable development of large enterprises of METALLOINVEST Group of Companies - (No. 800, to be filled in by other suppliers)

Terms of delivery:
1) The required conditions for the configuration and quality of the goods- in accordance with the drawings, please note that the volume of purchase according to the required in the template;
2) Delivery time requirements - according to the schedule (see attachment/ or seethe name of the contest
).early delivery only by agreement with the customer,
3) Requirements for the provision of documents - certificate of conformity, quality passport;
4) Requirements for the form of the contract - according to the form of the buyer;
5) The formation of the price of the goods is indicated in rubles of the Russian Federation per piece without VAT, and remains relevant with a slight change in the volume of purchases
6)The validity period of the TAP is at least 45
days;
7) Warranty obligations - at least 12 months.
8) if there is no valid contract between our organizations, please read the standard version and give your opinion.
9.) The basis for delivery is a signed contract.
