Payment terms:Payment in the amount of 100% (one hundred) percent is made by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment the Goods arrive at the Buyer's warehouse and after the Buyer receives from the Supplier the following documents for the shipped Goods:
- invoices or UPD sent through the EDI system;
- waybill in the form of TORG-12 sent through the EDM system.
Delivery terms:Delivery within 30 days from the date of signing the specification.

To participate in the competition on the ETP, you must download the official TCH.
Proposals from suppliers who have not downloaded the TCH will not be considered !!!

There is no need to supply a trial batch.

Special requirements for the quality of goods of original factory design, with certificates of quality and origin of the manufacturer, it is necessary to indicate the manufacturer for each item of goods and materials. Affiliation with the manufacturer is confirmed by dealer certificates.

A certificate of conformity, a quality certificate is required.

A safety data sheet is required.

Special requirements for packaging and transportation - packaging must ensure the safety of the cargo from atmospheric corrosion and mechanical damage.

The need for cargo insurance - no.

Requirements for the form of the contract - according to the form of the buyer. Prices are not subject to change and are valid for the duration of the contract.

Price including VAT (20%), the cost of transport costs should be highlighted in a separate line.

At the request of the customer, it will be necessary to additionally provide the following documents:
- Cost estimates by type of work (in a separate file);
- Reference list;
- Counterparty qualification documents, incl. brochures, presentations, information about key employees, reviews, etc .;
- Counterparty documents of title;
- Financial statements and statutes
