Payment terms:Payment after the fact. Product price is set per unit, including delivery, including VAT 20% .Oplata goods is carried out by the Purchaser within 45 (forty five) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. Providing a sample of participants of trading procedure at the request of the organizer of trading procedure.

In the auction indicate a price for each lot rubles. including VAT.
To participate in the procurement procedure necessary reinforcement of the offer, signed and stamped on the organization's letterhead. Fill pattern of the offer is in the tender documents.
Commercial offer must comply with specifications and contain the following information:
1. Subject of procurement

4. Delivery time (in calendar days)
5. Payment terms (recommended conditions RusAgro CC - 100% deferred payment no earlier than 60 calendar days)
6. Experience with GC RusAgro - years in the market - years
7. The warranty period of the goods shelf
8. Willingness to work on a standard contract - yes / no (standard contract attached to the documentation for bidding)

The proposals stated in this procedure without a commercial proposal with a Lots will not be considered.

As in the tender documents are files with the necessary documentation on your part.

For consideration of the counterparty as a supplier must be signed an agreement on the disclosure of information which is secret and tax receipt for his admission to the Federal Tax Service.
