If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
100% payment upon delivery within 14 working days from the date of receipt of invoices, waybills and other shipping documents, in Russian rubles.

Delivery terms:
Prices are provided without VAT.
Transportation costs are included in the cost of products on the basis of DDP delivery - to the Buyer's warehouse (Belgorod Region, Stary Oskol, OEMK industrial site).
The delivery of products is carried out in full or in separate batches, drawn up with the appropriate accounting documents within the time frame established by law.
Products must be new, properly packaged and protected from damage.
Mandatory downloadable electronic documents:
1. Scanned copy of a commercial proposal, indicating prices, terms and conditions of delivery;
2. List of documents (information letter about the company; dealer and other certificates);
3. Permits documentation;
All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and sealed by the company.
