a) List of major customers, implementations, projects implemented, and equipment supplied.
b) Information on the applicant's mechanical equipment; information on the availability of qualified personnel on the tender subject (for construction, installation, design and survey work).
c) Company charter (for the tender winner) if any (not requested from the IP).
d) Copies of certified financial statements (if the company makes financial statements) for the last reporting period e) Statutory tax returns (VAT, income tax, USN) for 2 most recent reporting periods at the time of reporting.
e) Tax Registration Certificate.
e) Certificate of entry to the EGRUL (Unified State Register of Legal Entities) or EGRIP (for Individual Entrepreneurs).
e) Behgalter Reports Q1 and Q2 2020.
g) Licenses (if necessary for work (services), SRO)
z) Document (order, order, power of attorney, bank card) confirming the right to sign and sample signatures of the manager, chief accountant or authorized financial signatories documents (including invoices, invoices)
i) Certificate of No Tax and Fee Debt from the IFNS (Tax Indebtedness Certificate for the purposes of the tender must be received not more than 1 month at the time of the tender).
c) Dealer/Distributor Status Confirmation Letter from the manufacturer (if applicable).
l) Extract from the EGRUL or EGRIP with the date of issuance no later than 30 days.
(m) Protocol (decision, order) appointing (electing) the head of the organization.
n) Ownership certificate or lease agreement for the office space at the actual location.
(o) Information on the average number of employees for the preceding calendar year (CND Form 1110018).




If the offer does not have all the required information or if the list is not prioritized, the offer will not be considered and accepted for tender.



This solicitation procedure is not a competition and is not governed by articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1065 of Part Two of the Russian Civil Code. Thus, this solicitation procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the customer. Applicants who submit an offer not within the deadline and/or in violation of the tendering company's procedures and/or failing to meet the selected evaluation criteria may be excluded from the bidding process.
