- the commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who submitted a commercial proposal is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or an insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- the Selection participant has a negative experience with UC RUSAL enterprises;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for refusal.
