Comments:
The Bidder indicates the cost per DT with different payment terms.

The composition of the bid for participation:
1. A commercial offer indicating the cost of the MTR, the cost of delivery and payment terms.
2.Passports of fuel accessories.
3. Reference List
4. Constituent documents (Charter, decision on the election of the State Duma, order on the appointment of an accountant, power of attorney for the signatory (if necessary), book.balance of 2022 and 2-3 quarter of 2023, reference beneficiaries, staffing, for IP: certificate of TIN, SNILS).
Consent to conclude an agreement on the proposed standard form is an advantage, but not a determining factor in choosing a winner


The contract will be concluded with the Bidder who offered the minimum cost with the most optimal payment terms for the total supply of DT.

Register fuel delivery in a separate Procured item.

Please note that proposals for the supply of Arctic diesel fuel (DT-Z-K5) that meets the requirements of GOST 32511-2013 will be accepted for consideration.

Following the results of the request for proposals, rebidding is planned.
