Mandatory requirements for Bidders:
1) It is necessary to attach:
- An official commercial offer indicating the contacts of the responsible manager, as well as a full description and characteristics of the proposed shopping centers. Proposals without an official Commercial Proposal will not be considered. Attach a file in Excel format to the Commercial Proposal with prices and an indication of the manufacturer's factory for each item.

2) Prices should be indicated on DDP terms (delivery to the consignee's warehouse is included in the price);
3) The goods must be of original factory design, with certificates of quality and origin of the manufacturer. It is necessary to specify the manufacturer for each item of the shopping center.
5) The Contract is concluded strictly according to the Buyer's form (edits and minutes are not accepted, and even more so the Seller's form). IN THE Commercial Proposal, INDICATE WHETHER YOU AGREE TO CONCLUDE AN AGREEMENT ON OUR FORM OR NOT, IF THE Commercial Proposal DOES NOT INDICATE, THE PROPOSALS WILL BE REJECTED
