Payment terms:payment product is carried out in cashless by money transfer to the bank account of the provider. The payment currency is the RUSSIAN ruble. Preferred payment conditions: the buyer makes payments in payment products (production lot) no later than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the products on the basis of the results of acceptance, provided that the supplier of the originals of the documents certifying the quality of products (batch) invoice and invoicing, the relevant results of the receipt issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation. The price must include shipping costs. In case of advance payment the supplier shall grant an irrevocable bank guarantee in an amount not less than the amount of the prepayment, issued by the Bank within the rating of the 50 largest Russian banks or international banks rated below BB +/Vaa2.
Delivery terms:30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. Supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and on its own to the destination station. Availability of quality passports or any other document certifying the quality of the goods in the warehouse. Ownership of the goods passes to the buyer from the supplier at the station of destination. The delivered merchandise must be new, not remanufactured. When shipping goods compulsory notification of the buyer with the provision of copies of invoices, Torg-12 and documents confirming shipment of goods through the carrier.
