К запросам предложений необходимо прикрепить сертификат соответствия и дилерский сертификат от производителя. Покупатель вправе отказаться от всех предложений без наложения ответственности. Договор строго в редакции заказчика , протоколы разногласий не принимаются .
Организация, выбранная победителем на поставку ТМЦ и не имеющая договорных отношений с ОАО "Уралкуз", должна предоставить в трехдневный срок оригинал выписки из ЕГРЮЛ.
Покупатель вправе отказаться от всех поступивших предложений без наложения ответственности.
