Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

1. The purpose of the competition is to obtain final proposals with the lowest possible final cost. The decision to choose the winner is made based on the results of comparing the terms of commercial offers, taking into account the technical conclusion of the customer and possible recommendations of the Security Department regarding the participants, as well as the supplier's OTIF indicator.
The winner is obliged to deliver the equipment (in accordance with the agreed technical proposal) on the terms provided during this competition.

2. Acceptance and payment of products is carried out after the entrance control at the buyer's warehouse;

4. Requirements for the contract form - according to the buyer's form;
5. Mandatory availability of a dealer certificate confirming the status of the company or a manufacturer's certificate;
