Payment terms:
The Buyer makes a payment by transferring the money to the Supplier's settlement account in the following order: 100% within 60 days after receipt of goods at the Buyer's warehouse. Transportation costs are to be included in the cost of products. In case an advance payment is foreseen, the Supplier shall submit an irrevocable bank guarantee for the amount not less than that of the advance payment, issued by a bank included in the top fifty largest Russian banks or international banks with a rating of at least BB + / Baa2
Delivery terms:
Delivery time: 30 days from signing the contract. Delivery time can be changed depending on the Supplier carries out delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse by himself and at his own expense. Be sure to provide a quality passport or another document certifying the quality of the products when they arrive at the warehouse. The supplied products shall be new, not restored. When the goods are being shipped the Buyer needs to be notified and provided with the copies of the following documents: invoices, TORG-12 delivery note and the documents confirming the sending of goods by the Carrier.
