When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

This competition is held as part of the automated procurement of the Metalloinvest Group of Companies.
The price must be indicated for 1 unit of goods excluding VAT, with price fixing at least until 31.12.2021. A contract will be concluded with the supplier who offered the most favorable price for the supply of the proposed materials for the period until the end of the offer.
It is possible to submit your proposal in foreign currency. Thus, it is possible to maintain the price and minimize risks in the event of a jump in the value of the currency.
Within the framework of the concluded agreement at a price per unit of production, the supplier assumes obligations to supply the required volume of goods and materials to any of the plants of the Metalloinvest Group of Companies (LGOK, OEMK, MGOK). The volumes and terms of deliveries will be negotiated at the conclusion of the application for the supply upon demand.
Please pay attention to the full name of the materials, which may contain additional characteristics.
Mandatory conditions:
1. DDP delivery.
2. Deferred payment - at least 60 days from the date of delivery to the consignee's warehouse;
3. Conclusion of a contract as edited by Metalloinvest;
4. The supplier has electronic document management (Kontur.Diadok);
5. Warranty obligations, certificates of conformity, quality certificates for products.
