1. Поставка на условиях DDP. Базис поставки:
2. Отсрочка платежа 60 -120 дней с момента поставки на склад грузополучателя.

4. Наличие у поставщика электронного документооборота (Контур.Диадок)
5. Указать (в примечании) гарантийные обязательства, наличие сертификаты соответствия, паспорта качества на продукцию.

Цена за 1 единицу товара без учета НДС.
С поставщиком, предложившим наиболее выгодную цену, будет заключен договор на период до окончания 2021 года.
В рамках заключённого договора по цене за единицу продукции поставщик берет на себя обязательства по поставке требуемого объема ТМЦ на АО "МГОК". Объемы, сроки и базисы поставок будут оговариваться при заключении приложения на поставку по факту возникновения потребности.
Все вопросы и запросы уточнений необходимо размещать в разделе "Разъяснения" ЭТП.
