Ranking of bids

The competition will be held in at least two stages.
The first stage is the collection of technical proposals! If your company is ready to complete the delivery in 100% accordance with the project documentation, please attach the corresponding letter on the letterhead with signature and seal.

Second phase.
I ask you to submit a commercial offer for the equipment proposed in the first stage of the competition with the maximum possible discount.
