In case of absence of all mandatory information from 14 items in the commercial offer or violation of the order of the list items, the commercial offer will not be considered and accepted for auction.

This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Applicants who submitted an offer on time and/or in violation of the procedures of the bidding company and/or who do not meet the selected evaluation criteria may be excluded from the bidding procedure. When bidding through the electronic trading platform, offers are not accepted in other ways.
