Все расходы должны быть включены в цену, в том числе стоимость упаковки, погрузочно-разгрузочные работы, транспортные расходы (доставка на склад Покупателя), расходы по обмену корреспонденцией, прочие расходы, связанные с требованиями, предъявляемыми к данному товару, расходы на страхование, уплату таможенных пошлин, налогов, сборов и других обязательных платежей. Оплата в размере 100% производится в течение 10 (Десяти) рабочих дней со дня поставки товара на склад Покупателя (подписание товарной накладной обеими Сторонами).
