Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment shall be made by the Buyer within 60 (sixty) calendar days after signing the Acts of Works performed, UPD. The other payment options are being considered, which will be evaluated in conjunction with other terms of performance (total cost, timing, etc.).
The payment date under the contract is the date when the funds are debited from the Buyer's checking account.

In case of failure to provide these documents, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
