- List of subsidiary legal entities and affiliated entities.
- Certificate of the availability of property (office, production facilities, equipment, vehicles) depending on the type of activity: office lease agreement, production workshop, equipment or certificate of ownership.(on request)
- Information on the average number of employees submitted to the tax service, staff qualifications, staffing table.
- Accounting statements (forms 1 and 2) for the last reporting period, balance sheet on account 01, copies of the declaration of VAT, income tax or UTII (USN), depending on the applicable tax regime.
