Per-item bid submission
Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is made by the Buyer provided that the Supplier receives a duly executed invoice for payment in the name of the Buyer. The Buyer makes a payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (works) within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods (work, services) and the signing of the Act by the Parties acceptance and transfer (Service Performance Certificate) or other document confirming the delivery (performance of services, works).
Delivery terms:Single delivery. The delivery time of the entire batch is no later than 28.02.2022.

Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Article 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061 Part 2 GK RF. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability
