Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:100% payment upon delivery within 14 working days from the date of receipt of invoices, waybills and other shipping documents, in Russian rubles.

Transportation costs are included in the cost of products on the terms of the DDP delivery basis - to the Buyer's warehouse (Belgorod region, Stary Oskol, industrial site of JSC OEMK).

Delivery of products is carried out in full or in separate batches, executed by appropriate accounting documents within the time limits established by law.

The products must be new, appropriately packaged and protected from damage

5. Contract in the form of a Buyer (without a protocol of disagreement)
