Ranking of bids

Acceptance of the Buyer's Standard Contract and addition to Section 4 of the Specification.

I draw your attention that the Commercial Offer is, in accordance with Art. 435 and Art. 436 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, an offer irrevocable during the entire period mentioned above. delivery of TMC. (Supplier) undertakes to deliver on the terms and conditions specified in this offer if acceptance is received for all or part of the range by one of the persons to whom the this offer, for the duration of the present offer.

In case of receipt of acceptance for the whole or part of the assortment by one of the persons to whom the offer is sent, (Supplier) undertakes, within one day from the date of receipt of acceptance, to conclude with LLC "VKM-STAL" contract of delivery of TMC/specification on the terms specified in this offer.

This selection is not an auction (competition, auction) or a public competition in accordance with Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (Civil Code of the Russian Federation), and does not impose on LLC" WKM-STAL" obligations under the above articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation
Competitive selection may be cancelled at any time prior to its summing up.
In the event of a change in the conditions of the competitive selection or its cancellation, the costs incurred by any person in connection with the selection shall not be reimbursed.
