IMPORTANT! Obligatory attaching of technical description of the offered filter sleeves with drawings (sketches).
Mandatory attachment to the trade procedure of the commercial offer
1) Obligatory presence of certificate of conformity and original passports;
With delivered products to provide certified quality certificates of goods issued by the manufacturer, for each item, or one, for the entire consignment.
2) Year of production 2018-2019;
3) Signing of the contract of delivery in the standard form of LLC Mechel-Materials, without the protocols of disagreements (see attachment);
4) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to refuse all received offers, without incurring any liability to the participants.
5) If you are the official representative of the company-manufacturer, attach all documents on B2B. Delivery time is 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
