The winning organization, which does not have a valid contract with PJSC Izhstal, must upload the following documents to the system within one day, necessary for concluding the contract:
1. Copy of the certificate of registration of the company;
2. A copy of the tax registration certificate;
3. A copy of the Goskomstat information letter on the assignment of codes;
information on the composition of the founders (extract from the company's Charter, or the founding agreement);
4. A copy of the latest profit and loss statement (Form No. 2), stamped (genuine) by the IMNS at the place of registration;
5. A certificate from the IMNS at the place of registration on the absence of arrears in taxes and other mandatory payments;
6. Power of attorney, or other document confirming the right to sign financial documents of an official; other documents, at the discretion of the enterprise, characterizing it capable of influencing the results of the competition – reviews of enterprises, letters about dealership, etc.
