Comments:
The winning organization that does not have a valid contract with Izhstal PJSC must upload the following documents to the system within one day, which are necessary for concluding the contract:
1. A copy of the certificate of registration of the enterprise;
2. Copy of tax registration certificate;
3. A copy of the Goskomstat information letter on the assignment of codes;
information on the composition of the founders (extract from the Charter of the enterprise, or constituent agreement);
4. A copy of the latest profit and loss statement (form No. 2), certified by the seal of (genuine) IMNS at the place of registration;
5. Certificate from the Ministry of Taxes and Duties at the place of registration of the absence of tax debts and other obligatory payments;
6. A power of attorney, or another document confirming the right to sign financial documents of an official; other documents, at the discretion of the enterprise, characterizing it that can affect the results of the competition - reviews of enterprises, letters of dealership, etc.
"The Participant has the right to contact the representative of the security service in the event of an event restricting the competitive procedures, or the Participant is discredited by the Organizer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
