The winning organization, which does not have a valid contract with PJSC Izhstal, must upload the following documents to the system within one day, which are necessary for concluding the contract:
1. A copy of the certificate of registration of the company;
2. A copy of the certificate of tax registration;
3. A copy of the information letter of the State Statistics Committee on the assignment of codes;
information about the composition of the founders (an extract from the company's Charter, or the founding agreement);
4. A copy of the latest profit and loss statement (form No. 2), certified by the seal (original) of the IMNS at the place of registration;
5. A certificate from the IMNS at the place of registration about the absence of arrears on taxes and other mandatory payments;
6. A power of attorney or other document confirming the right to sign financial documents of an official; other documents, at the discretion of the enterprise, characterizing it that can affect the results of the competition – reviews of enterprises, letters about dealership, etc.
"The Participant has the right to contact a representative of the security service if an event occurs that restricts competitive procedures or discredits the Participant on the part of the Organizer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
