Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The buyer makes an advance payment for the equipment supplied in the amount of 30% of the total contract price within 5 (five) business days from the date of signing the contract.
After the equipment arrives at the supplier’s warehouse, the latter sends a notification to the Buyer that the equipment is ready for shipment. The notice must be signed by an authorized person and stamped with the Supplier’s stamped seal. After receiving the notification of the readiness of the equipment for shipment, the Buyer has the right to verify that the equipment is in stock at the Supplier’s warehouse.
The Buyer makes the final payment for the supplied equipment in the amount of 100% of the price of the equipment, minus the previously paid advance payment, within 5 (five) working days from the receipt of the notification from the Supplier about the readiness of the equipment for shipment.
Delivery terms:no later than 70 (Seventy) business days from the date of receipt of 30% of the payment
