Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment after the fact. The price of the goods is charged per unit of production, taking into account delivery, including VAT. Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The date of delivery of the goods is the date of signing by the parties of the consignment note in the Buyer's warehouse. In case of non-compliance with our Requirements for payment terms, you must specify your terms in the comments.

The price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer. When choosing the winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: compliance with the Requirements Specifications, delivery time / fulfillment, warranty, price, advance /postpaid, advance payment, business reputation and work experience, willingness to work under a standard contract, availability of taxpayer consent and a list of documents.
The commercial offer must be in the form of the Competitive bidding Process organizer, signed and stamped. List of documents (The list is attached in the Competitive Bidding process documentation).

The goods are delivered according to the agreed delivery schedule. The commercial offer must comply with the terms of reference and contain the following information:
1. Supplier status - manufacturer or official distributor, availability of a license and a licensed warehouse.
2. Delivery time (working or calendar days, according to schedule).
3. Warranty period/expiration date.
4. The cost with VAT per lot unit (must be indicated in Russian rubles).
5. Payment terms (postponement of payment for at least 90 (ninety) days from the date of delivery);
6. Work experience with Rusagro Group, on the market - years
7. Willingness to work under a standard contract - yes/no
8. The proposal must be signed by an authorized person.
9. Willingness to work on EDI - yes/no

Prices should be indicated as follows: price with VAT.
In multi-currency competitive bidding process, the comparison of Commercial Proposals will take place at the exchange rate on the day of the end of the Competitive bidding process\rebidding.
