Payment terms:The Buyer makes the payment by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account in the following order: 100% payment of the goods within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products to the Buyer's warehouse
Delivery terms:Delivery period 2 half-year 2021 The supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and on his own to the Buyer's warehouse. Mandatory availability of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods when they arrive at the warehouse. The delivered product must be new, not restored. When shipping the goods, the Buyer must be notified with the provision of copies of: invoices, TORG-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier. Mandatory provision of the manufacturer/dealer status. The validity period of the commercial offer must be at least 120 days.

THE SUBMITTED OFFER MUST BE VALID FOR 120 DAYS
