1) Delivery time - out of stock, or up to 1-2 weeks of waiting;

3) Offers will be considered only from participants with a completed and signed NDA (Non-disclosure Agreement of confidential information) (see attachment);

4) The validity period of the commercial offer is at least 30 calendar days;

This packaging must ensure the safety of the Goods, their protection during normal handling, transportation, several overloads and storage;

7) Requirements for the form of the contract - according to the form of the buyer;

8) This request for proposals is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions up to the moment of signing the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer that exceed those listed in the terms of the competition.
