We note separately that your commercial offer (offer) must necessarily contain the following essential conditions:
• product name with reference to the regulatory and technical documentation (GOST, TU)
• the quantity of products offered for delivery in the relevant units of purchase;
• product price per unit of measurement; delivery basis (place of delivery, mode of transportation, information on expenses included in the price of goods, the moment of transfer of ownership);
• delivery period and delivery times
• terms and conditions of payment for products
In the event that a different order of delivery is supposed, the commercial offer (offer) must necessarily include a corresponding comment.
The validity of the offer (offer) must be at least 30 calendar days from the date of its submission.
Simultaneously with the submission of the proposal must be a technical description application.
Supplied products shall be free from any liens and encumbrances, shall be manufactured by the supplier or by dealership or similar contracts.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT - Downloading of the price offer signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization.
The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure must enter into a supply agreement with Bosnakovski coal mine LLC as amended by the customer (Appendix No. 1)
The participant of the Request for Proposals, when submitting the Application, is obliged to express agreement with the terms and conditions of the draft Agreement. The protocol of disagreements to the draft Treaty is allowed.
Please note that this request is not a notice of tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Art.447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
