and selected the winner: "ORSKAIa NERUDNAIa KOMPANIIa" OOO – (Bidder 1) (Ефремова О.В.) submitting a bid dated of 14.12.2017 09:29 totalling to 21 000 000,00 RUB (price excl. of VAT) for all items
Обоснование: Основанием проведения ЗП является заявка.
Извещение о подаче заявок было размещено 13.12.2017г. Срок приема заявок был установлен до 25.12.2017г.
После размещения Извещения потенциальным участникам были разосланы приглашения через ИАТОС и направлены адресные приглашения через электронную почту.
В период приема заявок с документацией ознакомились 2 организации, зафиксировано 154 просмотра.
В ходе проведения ЗП потенциальный участник ООО "Бускуль" прислал официальное уведомление об отсутствии возможности поставки глины огнеупорной в наш адрес.
В связи с выше сказанным комиссией принято решение согласовать подписание договора и спецификации с ООО "Орская нерудная компания" на следующих условиях":
- КМО-1 в количестве 15 000 тн, по цене 920,0 руб./тн без НДС и доставки;
- КУ-2 в количестве 3 000 тн, по цене 510,0 руб./тн без НДС и доставки;
- КУ-3 в количестве 21 000 тн, по цене 270,0 руб./тн без НДС и доставки;
Общей стоимостью 24 780 000 руб. с НДС без доставки. На условиях 100% предоплаты.
С условием оформления ежемесячных спецификаций.
