1. Prices should be indicated per ton of products excluding VAT
2. Mandatory attachment of technical specifications with indication of chemical and fractional composition.
The proposal will not be considered without the provision of these documents.
3. Mandatory provision of quality certificates for each batch of delivery.



Mandatory requirement: attachment to the competitive bidding process of the offer and documentation in accordance with the attached bid documentation.

The offered products and the list of services must comply with the attached terms of reference.
