Payment terms:batch payment shall be made within 60 days after receipt by the buyer of the invoices issued in accordance with the TAX CODE. Payment form: Cashless payment - Payment order.
Delivery terms:delivery is carried out by motor transport provider. Shipping costs are included in the price of the lot, taking into account the delivery to the warehouse of the buyer. Delivery time within 10 days after the signing of the specification. Agreement as amended by LLC "Mechel-materials".

MANDATORY ATTACHMENT to the TRADE PROCEDURE PROPOSAL
1) Availability of certificate of compliance and the original passports;
With the supplied products to provide certified product quality certificates issued by the manufacturer for each position, either one, the whole lot of goods.
2) Year of production 2018g.;
3) The signing of the contract for the supply of the model form OOO Mechel-Materials, without reports of disagreements (see attachment);
4) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The organizer has the right to refuse the request for proposals, all proposals, without incurring any liability to the participants.
5) If you are the official representative of the company-manufacturer, attach all documents to B2b. Delivery time is 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
