Payment terms:Payment for a batch of products is made within 60 days after the Buyer receives invoices issued in accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. Payment type: Cashless - Payment order.
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out by the Supplier's road transport. Delivery costs are included in the cost of the batch of products taking into account delivery to the Buyer's warehouse The delivery time is within 10 days from the date of signing the specification. The agreement is in the editorial office of Mechel Materials LLC.

MANDATORY ATTACHMENT OF A COMMERCIAL OFFER TO THE TRADING PROCEDURE
1) It is mandatory to have a certificate of conformity and original passports;
With the supplied products, provide certified certificates of quality issued by the manufacturer for each item, or one, for the entire batch of goods.
2) The year of production is 2021 ;
3) Signing a supply agreement in the standard form of Mechel-Materials LLC, without protocols of disagreements (see attachment);
4) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The RFP Organizer has the right to refuse all proposals received without incurring any material liability to the Participants.
5) If you are an official representative of the manufacturer, attach all documents for B2B. Delivery time is 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
