Поставка по договору в редакции покупателя, протоколы разногласий не принимаются.
Покупатель вправе отклонить заявку за невыполнение требований указанных в запросе предложений.
Покупатель вправе отказаться от всех поступивших предложений без наложения ответственности.
Для компаний-участников не имеющих договорных отношений с Челябинским филиалом ОАО "Уралкуз" обязательна подгрузка документов строго по Перечню (прилагается).
