The quantity is conditional, the price is fixed and does not depend on the purchased volume. The purchase volume is determined on the basis of the actual confirmed demand of the plants.

After summing up the results, long-term contracts for 3 years will be concluded with the winners.
The proposal in electronic form is a priority over those attached to the KP procedure.

Required conditions:
1. Delivery under DDP terms. Delivery basis
2. Deferred payment for at least 67 days from the moment of delivery to the consignee's warehouse.
3. Signing an agreement as amended by Metalloinvest
4. The supplier has electronic document management (Kontur.Diadok)
5. Indicate in the note the warranty obligations, the availability of a certificate of conformity, quality passport for the products.
6. Only offers from qualified suppliers in this area will be considered.
7. When choosing a supplier, the supplier's OTIF (% delivery timeliness) will be taken into account.
