To participate in this trading procedure, applicants must provide:
1. Commercial offer (the template is attached to the auction).
2. Reference list, in the absence of experience with Rusagro Group of Companies (template attached to the auction).
3. A package of documents according to the list (Appendix No. 1)

5. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign as annexes to the contract without making changes:

The contract template will be used by the winning counterparty, BUT with adjustments by Rusagro-Primorye LLC.
In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered.
