Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Mandatory conditions for Bidders:
Payment terms - delay of 60 calendar days
The deadline for the production of works on the Bid within the 1st day

When calculating the cost, take into account: Delivery must be carried out on request (2 deliveries per object weekly) to the customer's facilities, within 1 (one) working day from the date of acceptance of the request, in bags of 25 kg in the amount of 1 (one) ton per object, due to limited storage areas. Manual unloading, the distance of manual delivery to the storage place (boiler room) is not more than 50 meters. Pellet class - Class 1 ENplus-A1 (Premium quality) – diameter 6.00 - 8.00 mm, ash content up to 0.50%, other name "white granules" (wood), total length; 20 - 30 mm. Mandatory provision of a certificate for pellets.


Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
